​General

• Remember I am human. It may take time to finish your commission, be it due to a queue being ahead of you, real life issues, or otherwise. You're more than free to ask for an update, but please do so within reason and please don't rush me. I will usually update you myself.

• I only draw safe for work artwork. No fetishes, no exceptions.

  • I do, however, draw things of a dark n​ature, such as mild gore and sensitive themes (alcohol, death, mental illness, etc.)

• I only draw up to two characters at a time. This includes separate pieces and singular pieces, such as couple art.

• There's some things I cannot draw. Refer to the bottom for more info.

• I may draw canon characters; this is on a case-by-case basis.

• I do not draw characters with extremely complicated designs. Feel free to ask beforehand if your character is within my skill level.

• I can decline your commission for any reason. I'm not obligated to state this reason, either.

​Ordering

• Please fill out all info listed on the form.

• I will work based on description. But be specific and be prepared to answer lots of questions. (you may be asked to provide google image references for things like hair and clothes)

• Do not give me references with disruptive watermarks that cover the design and make it hard to see.

 

​Edits and Redraws

• I do edits on my commissions, but pose changes can only be done during the sketching phase, and if you ask for large or several changes (not counting mistakes on my part), you may be charged extra.

  • You will need to commission an entirely new piece past the sketching phase if not satisfied with the pose, so please tell me any changes you'd like when I ask you to approve the sketch. Simple things such as coloring mistakes, shading mistakes, or forgotten accessories or markings may be done past the sketching phase.

• You are not entitled to a free redraw if my art improves over time.

• Ask for permission before making edits to my artwork. If you would like a transparent version of my piece, you may ask for one, but I'm not guaranteed to keep it.

Payment​

• I only take PayPal. Payment is requested upfront or after the sketch is sent (you will be sent a blurred out version to verify it exists, and you will receive the full sketch upon payment.) 

• You will have 48 hours to send payment. If you don't pay in this time frame and I'm not given a reason as to why, I will cancel your commission.

Refunds

• I do give refunds, under certain conditions. If asked before the sketch is sent, you will get a full refund (due to you not sending payment). If asked after the sketch is sent, you will get a 50% refund. After the piece is sent to you, you may no longer ask for a refund. If I am unable to complete your commission, I will refund you myself.

• You may ask for a full refund, however, if I do not deliver art within three months following the sketch being sent. Please do not file a chargeback.

Usage

• You may add my art to the price of the character if you're selling it. You can add as much as you paid for the commission or lower.

• You are not allowed to create merchandise with my artwork.

• If you repost my artwork, you must credit me. If posting to Toyhouse, please credit me by my Toyhouse username (Tendo64). If anywhere else, any social media is fine. (they are all linked at the bottom)

• As the artist, I reserve the right to use the artwork you commission from me by posting it to social media or using it as a commission example. If you ask me not to do this, I will respect that, but if you don't ask, I'm under no liability and I'm not obligated to ask you first.
